Payment & Reservations

All customers must provide accurate passenger details, travel dates, and payment information at the time of booking. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
Deposit options are available on selected airlines and holiday packages—please confirm eligibility with our travel experts.
Fares displayed are dynamic and may change without prior notice due to availability, currency fluctuations, airline policies, or other external factors. If your selected fare is unavailable, an alternative may be offered.

Cancellations & Refunds

Change and cancellation policies vary by airline and fare type. Always check with our agents before confirming your booking.
Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to departure.
Refunds (if applicable) are subject to airline or supplier approval and may include cancellation fees and administrative charge of £75 per person. Some promotional fares are non-refundable.

Schedule Changes or Cancellations by the Airline/Supplier

Airlines and travel suppliers reserve the right to modify flight schedules or, in rare cases, cancel flights for operational reasons. While American Fly has no control over these changes, we are committed to assisting you in managing any disruptions to your travel plans.
If your flight is cancelled or affected by a schedule change that you are not satisfied with, your rights will be governed by the airline’s Conditions of Carriage or the supplier’s Terms & Conditions. Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to one of the following remedies:
(a) Rebooking on another flight with the same airline at no extra cost
(b) Re-routing to your destination with an alternative carrier without additional charges
(c) An alternative form of compensation or remedy, as determined by the airline or supplier
Please note: All options are strictly subject to the airline or supplier’s approval and may be subject to an administration fee, in line with the terms and conditions provided by the supplier.

Force Majeure

At American Fly, we shall not be held liable to pay compensation in the event that we are required to cancel or alter your travel arrangements due to exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to: war or threat of war, civil unrest, industrial disputes, epidemics or pandemics, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, or adverse weather conditions.

Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any transit requirements. American Fly is not responsible for denied boarding or travel disruptions caused by missing or invalid documentation.

Limitation of Liability

American Fly acts solely as a booking agent between customers and service providers (e.g. airlines). We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or service failures caused by third parties. For such issues, you must contact the respective airline or service provider directly.

Your Financial Protection
americanfly.co.uk operates under FLY2WORLD UK LTD (ATOL Number 12925):

When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.
We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).
If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme. ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please feel free to check with us to confirm the level of protection applicable to your specific booking.
