Fares displayed are dynamic and may change without prior notice due to availability, currency fluctuations, airline policies, or other external factors. If your selected fare is unavailable, an alternative may be offered.

Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to departure.
Refunds (if applicable) are subject to airline or supplier approval and may include cancellation fees and administrative charge of £75 per person. Some promotional fares are non-refundable.

If your flight is cancelled or affected by a schedule change that you are not satisfied with, your rights will be governed by the airline’s Conditions of Carriage or the supplier’s Terms & Conditions. Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to one of the following remedies:
(a) Rebooking on another flight with the same airline at no extra cost
(b) Re-routing to your destination with an alternative carrier without additional charges
(c) An alternative form of compensation or remedy, as determined by the airline or supplier
Please note: All options are strictly subject to the airline or supplier’s approval and may be subject to an administration fee, in line with the terms and conditions provided by the supplier.
At American Fly, we shall not be held liable to pay compensation in the event that we are required to cancel or alter your travel arrangements due to exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to: war or threat of war, civil unrest, industrial disputes, epidemics or pandemics, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, or adverse weather conditions.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any transit requirements. American Fly is not responsible for denied boarding or travel disruptions caused by missing or invalid documentation.
American Fly acts solely as a booking agent between customers and service providers (e.g. airlines). We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or service failures caused by third parties. For such issues, you must contact the respective airline or service provider directly.
